Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings can generally be used for 10 or 15 years in chemical atmosphere and marine environments, even in acid, alkali, salt and solvent media, and in certain It can be used for more than 5 years under temperature conditions. The anti-corrosion performance of ZS-711 coating was evaluated according to the US NACE standard [PR-01-76 (1983) Revised Iten No.53105. The coating has weather resistance, aging resistance, radiation resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance (400℃~600℃), low temperature (-60℃), stable conductivity; its resistivity can meet the requirements of antistatic, and can To ensure the long life of the coating.

Strong adhesion

The coating has a strong bonding force with the substrate. The coating composition contains hydroxyl (-OH). The metal substrate provides positive ions and can form a chemical bond. With the help of the coupling agent in the coating, it can even realize the covalent chain bond. Under the maintenance of the spatial network structure, the metal, metal oxide nanomaterials and rare earth oxide ultrafine powder contained in the coating composition help the coating to form a dense interfacial transition layer, so that its comprehensive thermodynamic properties match the matrix .

Efficient and convenient

The construction is simple, and the normal temperature self-curing of inorganic coatings is truly realized. When the ambient temperature is 20℃ and the relative humidity is less than 85%, the surface dry for 15 minutes and the hard dry for 2 hours, which can ensure high efficiency construction, and can achieve excellent resistance to salt spray and aging. The coating is self-repairing, and local scratches caused by external forces can still be protected. The coating is not damaged by cutting and welding. Coated welding does not affect the welding quality.

Flexible use

The inorganic polymer anticorrosive coating can be used alone or as an anticorrosive low-layer coating in conjunction with organic paint. The single-layer inorganic polymer anticorrosive coating can be used as a primer with epoxy, acrylic, or polyurethane.
