Severe corrosion and brittle fractures of carbon fiber take place at high temperature on metal shell of rotary kilns when harmful gas (like oxides, Sulphur, and chloride ion phosphide) is in contact with the metal shell via firebrick lining. The harmful gas is generated from solid and hazardous wastes co-processed with calcined materials and fuels in cement kilns. -
Working together with Dongguan University of Technology, the company jointly developed the α-900 superconducting energy-saving anticorrosive coating. This material is made with special inorganic silicate silencing complex, and added with transitional elements including oxides, rare earth and other fillers.

The α-800 heat-resisting and anticorrosive coating leverages the organic and inorganic hybrid polymerization technology. It has many advantages, including heat resistance, anticorrosion, abrasive resistance, flexibility, fire retardancy, anti-permeability, resistance to temperature shock, stress resistance, long aging resistance, and easy operation.
